Hello, there

Sory to post this here, but I hope someone could help me.

Recently I decided to use the phone line to accede to a Remote Oracle on NT Workstation from a W95 Laptop. (While in a LAN, it works perfectly). While I have a clean PPP connection and all TCP/IP services installed on both machines, not even the ping is successful. I may see the Remote disks only when I search the remote server on the newly created network. Do I attempt something impossible (NT Workstation) ?

My W95 services connected to the Remote connection are: NetBeui, TCP/IP, Client MS and CLient Netware. On the NT machine I installed almost anything. The PPP connection includes TCP/IP and NETBEUI. Thank you and regards
