Try this...
If you need only naturalaccountid and sum_of_AAmount, you need not even join table 1.
SELECT Glfact.naturalaccountID, sum(AAmount) FROM Glfact, Fact
WHERE Glfact.Glfactid = Fact.Glfactid
GROUP BY Glfact.NaturalaccountId
