Shutdown immediate should only rollback those active transaction and shut
down the database and instance cleanly. But I remember reading some books
and Oracle doc saying that we should not use shutdown immediate to shut down
the database (I guess it's those Oracle Press books, while the Unleashed
books said it's ok)
