Thanks Guy,

I've been reading up on these servers and have found some third party
manufacturers of sun compatibles (Tatung, others?) based on the Ultra AXi
boards.  These have integrated dual PCI SCSI controllers, but no built in
audio or video.  I'm still trying to figure out how sun server software
licensing would be affected by this.

As for Oracle I have just received the Web Development kit for NT.  Though I
probably wont be able to spend $10K+ on development tools (at least right
now), this might help press me to deciding on NT as the server platform.
