Oracle7 on Netware

I have Oracle 7.x on Netware 3.12 and I am having some perfomance problems. I have 80mgs on my Netware server and I don't know if I must make some special settings for Oracle? The perfomance of the hole Oracle is not very good. The import and export from data are very slow and the conncetion to the Database are very slow. I have a Oracle 7.x on NT with 64 mgs with the same Init.ora parameter and the perfomance on this server is quite good.
