I know that one well. Let me guess, you're using 4k or 8k db_block_size? The multiblock buffer is fixed at 64k. Therefore db_block_size * multi_block_read_count <= 64k. Reduce multiblock read count to 8 from 32 and tell me it goes away. I've done it twice!! You will see this very apparently in 7.3.3.0.0.
