We purchased 10-CPU Oracle Enterprise licenses for Solaris/SPARC.

It came withthe Solaris/Sparc clients & Winblows clients.

How do I get the Solaris X86 clients?

Oracle Sales & Support have been no help as several people said the product (SQLnet for X86) didn't exist. Others said I've have to buy the complete Solx86 Server just to get the client libraries.

Can anyone tell me what hoops I have to jump through to get my X86 boxen to talk with the Oracle server on the Sparcs.

Thanks. Received on Mon Jun 22 1998 - 13:32:49 CDT
