This probably isn't much help, but do you have a "when" clause in your
control file? I had a situation where I was playing around with a when
clause and trying different things with it in the syntax to get what I
wanted and one particular situation repeatedly resulted in a core dump.
(Unfortunately, I don't remember specifically what it was that I was doing
that caused it.) But if you have a when clause, see if there are other
ways you can express what you are trying to do with different syntax.
