Oracle 8.0.3, Enterprise manager and NT

I've heard a rumor that there are problems with running oracle 8.0.3 on NT
4.0 & the Enterprise Manager on the same server. I've heard
that it's ok to run Enterprise Manager on a separate machine and connect to
the database. Has anyone had any problems?
