My experience with EBU was less than stellar -- at a previous client site I was trying to evaluate EBU working with ADSM. Never got them to work together. Oracle and IBM supports were no help as they point fingers at each other. I finally decided to abandon EBU/ADSM and started looking at SQL*Backtrack/ADSM. That turned out ok.
