ERROR: Invalid SGA with Oracle 7 on Win NT

I had a generic PMON error while I was working with Oracle Schema Manager.

After it I can't connect myself to the database insance I was working on (I can still work with other instances).

With TNSPING I can get a response, but when I try to connect to the database I get the following error:

ERROR: ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-09243: smsget: error attaching to SGA OSD-04104: invalid SGA: SGA not initialized

Can anybody tell me how I can solve this problem?
