Go to the "Control Panel"
Click on "System" icon
Choose "Envirinment"
Create new variable "MAXFILESTOCACHE" and assign it to 0

Apply changes and restart NT.

This method described in the "RELEASE.HTML" in OWS 3.0.1 distributive.
