Export Error

I get the following error when I am trying to export a table in Oracle 7.3:

EXP-00008:  Oracle Error 6553 encountered
ORA-06553: PLS-213: package STANDARD not accessible
EXP-00000:  Export terminated unsuccessfully

This is newly created database on NT4.0. We are not using any PL/SQL nor any triggers. Do I still need to install the standard package. We will not be having any PL/SQL or triggers in the application.

Can somebody help?
