This is highly O.S specific, but on NT you should be able to achieve this by using Net8 and Shared Sockets (WinSock 2.0), but make sure you are on 8.0.4 for MTS to work correctly. I have only seen a few users with MTS on NT and am unsure as to its reliability presently.
