SQL-Programmer has an Automatic Documentation Generator module. It has 50++ reports to document your database and your work.

It has features such as print preview, multiple server in a single batch, works in background...

It has a builtin PL/SQL and Transact-SQL lexer so it does syntax highlighting (not keywork highlight, but syntax!) as well (and if you print in colors... it does it too).

It also documents your Sybase and Microsoft SQL Server!

SQL-Programmer received the VBPJ Readers' Choice Award 1998 as the best PL/SQL and Transact-SQL Developement environment. The latest version available this month, SQL-Programmer 2.5 also features a PL/SQL Debugger (a real one) with real PL/SQL Oracle Server side code walking, variable watching, conditional breakpoints and all. It was built with Oracle!
