Sure.

Restore the files to the locations you want them. Then open the database to the 'mount' state. Next, do a series of alter database rename file 'a' to 'b'; commands.

I am assuming that you already have Oracle up and running on the new machine. You may have to change your /etc/oratab and your tnsnames.ora file and a few other things because you moved to a new machine.
