How can I create instances ?

I've used the Instance Manager, added a proper instance, loaded it with
data.



When I use isql on the server (with bequeth protocol) I'm able to access
all instances, but


over TCP/IP I get: TNS Listener could not find SID XXX.



What have I done wrong ?
