Web Application Server 3.0 and 8.0.4 on NT

I am experiencing some strange problems with Webserver 3.0 and 8.0.4.

Whenever I execute a plsql procedure using the PL/SQL cartridge I frequently get 'Internal error! please try later' message and sometimes Oracle80 process starts using up 100% of the processor and just seems to go out of control until I kill it. Nothing is written in any of the logs.

This happens very frequently as to render the configuration unusable. Has anyone expeerienced these problems,,,
