Yup, MTS is not available for Oracle 7.3x under NT.  All connections are
handled as NT threads executing under the Oracle73 process.  (there is a
hardcoded maximum number of threads (connections) which is supported under
7.3x - 1400.  Oracle8 indicates that it supports MTS (I'm assuming some form
of shared NT processes) but I haven't played with it yet.
