This will not work, NO TWO point releases are not supported before 8.0.4. In other words, until 8.0.4 a single Win95/NT machine can only have have ONE version of oracle installed (well you can have 7.1./7.2 and 7.3 but they must all be in one oracle home). Even with 8.0.4 where multiple oracle homes are supported I would not recommend Personal Oracle 8.0.4 and Enterprise 8.0.4 on the same machine.
