I didn't changed the db parameters but OS parameters. Then rebooted system and relinked sql*net. What I meant with "listener stops" is that it's automatically killed every time a remote connection is established.

Thanks for your interest Manisha, but the problem is already solved. The question was that when I changed the OS parametes I relinked the SQL*NET, but the LANG variable was with other value than c, so it was relinked wrong. =
