Use the ALTER TABLE command and allocate another extent in a specific datafile. This way if the table is 120 Meg, you can allocate 3 extents of 40 Meg each and guarantee that it will be spread. Of course, if the Database is 7.3, you can do a 'CREATE TABLE ... STORAGE (INITIAL 40M NEXT 40M PCTINCREASE 0) PARALLEL 3 AS SELECT * FROM ... and it will stripe the table for you.
