Upgrading to NT 4.0, are there any snags?

Good Morning All,

We are planning to upgrade one of our Test Oracle Servers to NT 4.0 service pack 3, from NT 3.51. We are running Enterprise Server 7.3.3.3.0 on Intel based Compaq hardware. Are there any GOTCHA's. Tried to search the metalink tech forum, but it is not responding, at this time. Went to plan B. TIA,
