You need to do one of two things:

  1. delete a certain number of rows, say 20, and then commit after each batch of 20. This frees up rollback which is being used when you are deleting.
  2. alternatively, increase the size of your rollback tablespace. It would also help to check the size of the next extent the rb segment is going to take and increase this to ensure you don't run out of extents.
