WEB Server 3.0 - Help

I have installed the Oracle WEB Application Server 3.0 on an NT workstation. 
After installation, its works great. However, after I reboot the NT, then the 
server does not work. Specifically, my passwords to get do not work.  All 
services seem to be working fine.



What am I doing wrong?
