Redo Logs and the Parallel Server Option

I am working with a VLDB (> 1Tb) using the Parallel Server Option with 14
CPUs.  At times I can have 24 threads executing at the same time.



I have two questions regarding the Parallel Server option that I need to
ask.



1.)  Should I try to have at least 1 Rollback segment per thread (Ie
24/48/96 rollback segments).


2.)  Currently, we have only one DBWR set.  Do I need more?
