Oracle Web Server 3.0

Hello!

I'm about to embark on upgrading from Oracle Web Server 2.1.1 to Oracle Web Application Server 3.0. Does anyone have any success/horror stories? Does the upgrade tool that comes with 3.0 really work? Please tell me any problems you have run in to if you have done this. Many thanks.
