Re: Error message starting SQLPlus

Hi,

I had this problem also using SQLPLUS from a 7.3 installation and connecting to a 7.1 database using TWO_TASK on DEC-Unix. Oracle said they knew of the problem, said it's caused by connecting to a pre-7.2 database from a 7.2 or later installation of Oracle. They said it is only an annoyance and doesn't cause a problem, no patch available. Hope this helps.
