When I#m trying to create the first DCD with the trial version 2.0 of
Web Application Server I receive the following error:



> OWS-05526: Service WEBSVR submission failed due to error 3121

> ORA-03121: Kein Schnittstellentreiber angeschlossen - Funktion nicht

> ausgeführt




What can I do?
