Database Change Capture Tool for Oracle?

Looking for a near-real time, high performance database change capture tool for
Oracle.  Ideally the tool would take a list of tables to monitor, retrieve the
changes almost real-time (from the transaction logs possibly), format the
changes in ASCII or DML, then output them into a flat file.



Does anyone know of a tool which does this?
