I get the same error and haven't been able to get svrmgrm to run. I use the command line version, svrmgrl.

svrmgrm is motif-based. If it was statically linked with the motif libraries (which is probably isn't) it should run. If it is trying to use dynamic/shared libraries then you need the motif libraries installed on your solaris machine. I don't think they come with solaris.

mailtool, etc. are not motif-based. The fact that they run means your Hummingbird X-server is working, but doesn't mean that svrmgrm should work. Received on Fri Dec 19 1997 - 00:00:00 CST
