I have went through the same upgrade a few times. The invalid objects are nothing
to worry about. Run adadmin and choose to recompile the apps schema. Since there
are going to be many invalid objects make sure to choose plenty of workers to
speed things up.
Since you created a brand new installation you will have to install Reports Runtime
2.5 on the server under the new $ORACLE_HOME directory structure. Use the Designer
2000 CD to do this (this should be part of your CD package). SQL*Forms (2.4) and
the CRT utility are on the Applications Installation CD.
