Has the DISPLAY variable been set correctly? If so, you have to allow svrmgrm to display a window on you Xterm. I don't know what kind of terminal you use. PC Xservers have security settings. You can specify what hosts are allowed to display windows on your Xserver. If you have a Unix workstation you may have to use the xhost command.
