I have worked with a number of UK organisations running large Oracle Databases on NT, the majority of customers seem to have from 5 to 50Gb of data, but at large sites I have seen Oracle / NT running in the 400 - 500 Gb range. ALL these large sites run 4 CPU's and 1 - 1.5 Gb of memory.

These configurations appear very stable in 7.3 form and the majority of problems they do encounted relate to management of such large systems. I would recomemend either using 7.3.4 becuase of it EBU integration or go for Legato, because such large systems are difficult to get to Tape.
