Locks

Hi,

Oracle 7.3.2.1 on HP-UX 10.20

consider the following situation:

A transaction puts locks an several rows of a table.

After acquiring the locks the transaction abnormally terminates.

Do the locks on objects remain forever? How do we explicitly remove the

locks ( Commit / Rollback can't be used since the transaction is DEAD )
