Attaching to Oracle and an ODBC db at the same time.

Is it possible to attach to an Oracle database and also link to another 
database (like Access) at the same time and be able to perform queries that 
link tables from both places? I am using Oracle 7.3 on NT all tools are on 
Win95 PC using SQL*Net v2.
