You will not get the same level of support from Oracle support.  The
Oracle support folks are primarily NT and Unix people.  There is
a scarcity of VMS Oracle support people.  If you are working on the 
latest versions of Oracle on VMS you may be "discovering" VMS/Oracle bugs
for Oracle since the VMS sites implementing the latest versions of Oracle
are 
much fewer than the NT and Unix sites.
