Yeah - We've done this too, but had to upgrade from Forms 2.3 to 3.0 first! (You thought YOU were behind the times! :)))
Oracle will NOT support these configurations, they're trying to push you up
the Forms V??? tree as fast as they can, but it will work. The only
configurations
I've tried (and I've tried a few!!) that WON'T work is if you use a SQL*Net
V1 client
with a V2 listener, or vice versa. (As the oracle manuals state quite
firmly.) Otherwise, as I say, it should work fine, but as far as Oracle
Corp are concerned, you're on yer own!
