I don't know about this but my local Oracle support told me Forms 3.0 should work with a 7.3 database.

I am trying to do the same thing betweem 7.1.6 and 7.3.3. When I tried to connect to the 7.3.3 database using sqlplus in the 7.1.6 $ORACLE_HOME I got this error message
ORA-12633: No shared authentication services
I have SQL*Net 2.1.6 in the 7.1.6 $ORACLE_HOME and SQL*Net 2.3.3 in the 7.3.3 $ORACLE_HOME. Chieu Received on Sun Sep 28 1997 - 00:00:00 CDT
