Don't know of a way to achive this, I just want to mention that the export with CONSISTENT=N is conceptualy quite different from your "non-read consistent" select demand.
Even with CONSISTENT=N the export kips consistent wiew of the table it is exporting. In other words, it will export the table as it was at the moment the export of that table had begun. What the "inconsistency" in this mode can be is that different tables can be in inconsistent state in relations to each other.
