I need to be able to create a flat file and place it in a designated place
on the network.  Since spool will only work with sql*plus is my only option
the UTL_FILE package?  If so how flexible is ability to place the output
anywhere on the network?  we're running Oracle 7.3.  Any hints or
suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
