Salaried DBAs will typically not make more than $50.00. Consultants are another ballpark. Mid-level DBA consultants who work through an agency should make around $50.00 per hour. Senior level DBAs who work with or without agencies will make from $75.00 on up.
If you're a senior level DBA, you're getting ripped off.
