Hi Jimmy - we've been doing some basic Web stuff at Rock Bottom lately and there are lots of good sites with info about exactly this. Just do a search for CGI, Perl and Oracle. Too many sites to mention. http://www.halcyon.com/sanford/cgi/cgi-tour.html is an excellent starting point and University of Kansas had a really good cgi/Perl/HTML page but I lost track of the link.
