Upgrade SQL*Net 1.0 to 2.0

I need to upgrade approximately 200 desktops from SQL*Net 1.0 to the 16 bit version of SQL*Net 2.x. The desktops are using either Windows 3.1, WIndows 3.11 or WIndows 95. What is the easiest way to build an upgrade script and distribute it.

I tried the 16 bit version of eschelon but the problem is it does not allow me to modify the autoexec.bat, neither does it allow me to remove an entry (such as the SQL*Net 1.0 aliases ) from the ORACLE.INI. The 32 bit version of eschelon is better but of course I can't use that version since some of the desktops are using Windows 3.1.
