  1. if your backup is an EXPORT type backup, then you can IMPORT that table. But since this would have been easy enough for you to figure out then I have to assume that you have only a hot or a cold backup ... so
  2. if you have enough disk space, you can restore your database from your backups to a new database. From there, you can export the data you want.
  3. if you don't have enough disk space, and you can take your database out of service for a few hours, try this:
  4. cold backup your database
  5. restore the database from your OLD backup. Export the table
  6. restore your database from your most recent backups.
  7. import the table data
