Web Server (V3) does not find host address. Why?

I have installed / upgraded Oracle Web Server to 3.0. What in my configuration (.cfg, other file) is missing the entry for my host address?

Here is what happens:

$ ../bin/owsctl start admin

Oracle Web Listener 3.0 Production (Export), Version 2.13 Copyright 1997 Oracle Corp. All Rights Reserved.
