Kiran,

You may want to consider getting it on CD-Rom. It'll save you from a really long download. You can call 1800-oracle1 and ask them for it on CD. They may charge you $15 (but may not charge you at all). I don't recall if it is on the Oracle NT CD, which they are giving away for the asking.
