Here are some things to think about:


1. There is an init.ora parameter to change the maximum number of
processes.


2. Which version of SQLNET are you using?  SQLNET 2.x is supposed to
have a mulithreaded server.


3. 192 Meg will probably not work to support many users.
4. We service about 300 users and our servers routinely have 512 Meg to
1 Gig of memory.
