Implementing SymRep

All,

Has anyone implemented Symmetric Replication? I was curious how the implementation (roll-out) was planned. We are currently configuring an existing application to use Symmetric Replication. Some of our clients will already have our application in production and we will need to convert them to use SymRep.

I am planning on using off-line instantiation, but preliminary investigation by our DBA has been stopped because of a Oracle bug. I don't have the specific right here but it has to do with some refresh groups not refresh. Anyways I was looking for some thoughts and exeperices with SymRep.
