I believe most of this information can be found from the v$log table an example of the v$log table from one of our instances is shown below.
select * from v$log;
GROUP# THREAD# SEQ# SIZE MMBRS ARC STATUS CHANGE# TIME ------ ------ ---- ----- ----- --- ------ ------- ---- 1 1 5697 10M 2 NO CURRENT 2541549238 03/21/97 08:51:04 2 1 5695 10M 2 YES INACTVE 2541547000 03/21/97 04:03:51 3 1 5696 10M 2 YES INACTVE 2541548308 03/21/97 06:39:52
Here is the archive log list for the same instance:
